CISO - Chief Information Security Officer
Norway
We are looking for an experienced CISO with the ambition to participate in an experienced team helping our customers secure their business.
The ideal candidate has a cybersecurity background in the IT business and experience with the most common technology vendors, SOC services and IRT teams.
Mission, role, and scope
As a security manager and CISO, you will have the opportunity to influence our customer's organisations and to work with a variety of tasks, including:

Helping our customers in their day-to-day security operations

Helping our customers to establish security strategies, and security frameworks and manage their cybersecurity risks

Helping our customers with the planning and implementation of security services, platforms and measures

Communicating with all security stakeholders, including senior management, B2B partners, employees and relevant authorities

Experience

Mission, role, and scope
The Information Security advisor's tasks are within the following areas:

Helping our customers to establish their Cyber Security Strategy

Helping our customers to establish and follow up on security audits within frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, NSM Grunnprinsipper etc.

Management of governing documents

Facilitate risk assessments

Helping our customers establish SOC services and IRT capabilities

Help customers to be compliant and understand their risks within their core business

Required competence

Minimum 10 years experience as a security consultant/advisor
-
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information/Cyber Security, Industrial Technology Management or similar.

Proficient written and oral Norwegian and English skills.

Desired competence and experience or interest in

Risk management

ISO27001 and other relevant security frameworks like Cyber Essentials +, NIST, CMMC etc.

Physical security of buildings and premises

Knowledge of Norwegian security legislation

Experience in applied cyber security
